Great experience - not the best Santa…

点评：The North Pole Adventure is great with lots of attention to detail and very magical feeling.
My children really enjoyed it all but I really feel the Santa that we saw wasn’t very enthusiastic, he didn’t even smile! He didn’t make much conversation with my children, my son had saved his letter written in one of the previous rooms to give to him and Santa didn’t even acknowledge it at all without me having to prompt it. My sister and her daughter went into another room with a different Santa and had a completely different experience where Santa opened her letter and read it aloud and her photos show a smiling Santa unlike in ours..
I have been in previous years and staff have happily taken a photo on both our own camera and on their professional one which I have always bought. This year however when I asked if they would mind taking one on my phone/camera too of us all (as I know my children need a couple of takes to get a good pic!) we were told they couldn’t do that which also ended up being a disappointment as they took only two professional photos and unfortunately they didn’t capture my children even looking at the camera but these were the only ones of us all as a family due to not being able to have any of our own to look through on our phone.
Considering we paid nearly £200 for a family of four for this experience, the overall interaction with Santa which was supposed to be the highlight ended up being the worst part of the whole experience.
I cannot fault the other staff and the rest of the experience as that was brilliant and we were so excited going through each part ready for the grand finale with Santa but I feel we all came away a little underwhelmed and almost a bit sad that he didn’t match the rest of the enthusiastic staff.

考虑到我们一家四口花了将近200英镑体验这次活动，原本应该是亮点的与圣诞老人的互动，最终却成了整个体验中最糟糕的部分。
我不能责怪其他工作人员和整个体验环节，因为那部分非常精彩，我们对每个环节都充满期待，盼望着与圣诞老人的最终见面。但我觉得我们最终都有些失望，甚至有点难过，因为圣诞老人的表现不如其他热情洋溢的工作人员。
