A Huge (Literally!) Surprise on Main Street – Best Ribs in Woodstock!

点评：We stumbled upon Twin Barns Smokehouse & Brewery on Main Street, and what a fabulous surprise it was. The atmosphere is incredibly comfy and cozy—exactly what you want when ducking into a spot in Woodstock.
The Experience:
We were greeted immediately by a friendly server who explained the process: look over the menu at your leisure, then head to the bar to order. This worked perfectly for us. While we waited for our food, the kids were kept busy with a long game of shuffleboard, which is a total win for families.
The Food:
When the food arrived (delivered hot by two servers), our eyes actually bugged out at the portion sizes! Everything was perfect, but here are the highlights:
Corn Chowder: Creamy, smoky, and deeply satisfying. I honestly should have just ordered a giant bowl of this, it was that good.
Pulled Pork Sandwich: I couldn't resist this, and the coleslaw topping provided the perfect crunch.
The Ribs: The absolute standout. We ordered the half-rack platter; the ribs were thick, lean, and had zero fat. We all agreed they were the best we’ve had in a long time.
If you’re looking for great service, a fun atmosphere for the kids, and BBQ portions that will leave you stuffed, don't pass this place up!
