点评：ENGLISH SPEAKERS AVOID! We booked a tour with this company after wandering around tour companies for 45 mins to an hour looking for a tour to the 14 coloured mountain, in English. Every other company had said they only had Spanish spaces available except this one. We made sure to double-check that it would definitely be in English and it was confirmed to us on our receipt. Well, we got picked up and the tour guide said that there we would travel and the tour would start in a few hours when we were closer to the first site. The guide then proceeded to speak in Spanish for extended periods of time and we would be lucky to receive even a sentence in English.
Once the tour was completed, we stopped by the companies office to complain and to seek a partial refund. We were happy with what we saw on tour, but the lack of information in English left us feeling like we'd been missold. The guy behind the desk (most likely the manager) said he'd have to speak to the guide and ask his manager what could be done. We received a text the next day stating that the guide had claimed he did the tour in English and we would not be eligible for a refund. Of course, the guide lied.
We were not the only English speakers on the tour and we spoke to the others and they voiced their disappointment to us too. We suggested that the "manager" contact them too, to verify our story. But of course this might result in refunding more money so this wasn't actioned.
Would definitely stay clear of this company. There are many other honest ones available
