Worst lounge experience ever – Coral Lounge at Phuket International Airport is a complete disgrace!
Visited on February 21, 2026 at 10 AM – what a horrible mistake. This place is not a lounge, it's a disgusting pigsty disguised as a "premium" service.
Service attitude: zero. Staff couldn't care less – they just ignore you like you're invisible. No one bothered to clean, restock or even look at the food area for the entire 40 minutes I was there.
Food quality: absolute garbage. Only empty pots with stuck-on burnt leftovers from who knows when. Everything looked like it had been sitting there for at least 3 days – cold, dried out, disgusting. The "hot food" was just congealed sludge that even a pig wouldn't touch. Coffee tasted like dirty dishwater from a week-old sink. Pastries were stale, hard as rocks, and smelled like old cardboard. No replenishment at all – they just let the trays stay empty and filthy.
I came expecting at least basic decent lounge standards for VIP / Priority Pass / bank premium clients – instead I got food poisoning waiting to happen.
Banks and partners offering this as a "benefit" to their VIP customers should be ashamed and demand better. This is not luxury, this is an insult. Avoid at all costs – better sit at the gate with nothing than step into this dump.

我来的时候至少期待的是VIP/Priority Pass/银行高级客户能享受到基本的像样休息室服务——结果却发现这里简直就是个随时可能食物中毒的地方。
那些把这种服务当作VIP客户“福利”的银行和合作伙伴应该感到羞耻,并要求提供更好的服务。这不是奢华,这是侮辱。千万别来——宁愿什么都不吃,也不要踏进这个垃圾场。
