点评:I thought I would come here to warn others about off chance you may experience bad service, but there’re already so many bad reviews so this will just be another rant. On 7 Jan 2026, around 7pm we booked ourselves into the lounge with our priority pass. I won’t comment on the lounge but agree with many who have had less than premium experience. Anyway, as I left I accidentally broke a glass. Out of safety concerns I informed the staff about the breakage so they can clear it out. Shockingly as we left they called us back to pay for the breakage, threatening us that they will stop us from boarding our flight (claimed they have our boarding pass record , now that I think of it that’s an empty threat as they will take a long time to trace our entry). So I reasoned with then that if there’s such a policy it should be displayed at the reception, visibly around the lounge, etc, not after the event. But they threatened further with calling the police etc. Not wanting to risk missing the flight I relented and paid. It’s not a huge amount, but the way it is being handled just confirmed how bad this place is being run.
翻译:我本来想来这里提醒大家,万一遇到糟糕的服务怎么办,但已经有很多差评了,所以这篇就当是又一次抱怨吧。2026年1月7日晚上7点左右,我们用优先通行证预约了贵宾休息室。我不打算评价休息室本身,但我同意很多人的说法,体验确实不怎么样。总之,离开的时候我不小心打碎了一个玻璃杯。出于安全考虑,我告诉了工作人员,让他们清理一下。令人震惊的是,我们刚离开,他们就把我们叫回去,要我们赔偿玻璃杯的损失,还威胁说要阻止我们登机(他们说有我们的登机牌记录,现在想想,这根本就是空头威胁,因为他们要查到我们的登机记录需要很长时间)。于是我跟他们讲道理,如果真有这样的规定,应该在前台、休息室显眼的地方等等地方张贴出来,而不是事后才说。但他们还威胁说要报警等等。不想错过航班,我只好妥协,付了钱。金额虽然不大,但处理方式恰恰证实了这个地方的管理有多糟糕。
