The attentive and dedicated staff ensures that all guests feel welcome and comfortable. In particular, **Korhan**, the manager, was exceptional, assisting with everything from slope maps to ski passes and shopping. His willingness to help made a significant difference in our stay.
**Gulkan**, the messenger, was a true lifesaver, handling our luggage and parking during the snowfall. His assistance was greatly appreciated!
**Tahsin**, the waiter, stood out by making each meal special, always offering drinks and enthusiastically explaining the dishes and desserts.
These professionals truly elevate the standard of service at the hotel!
The only issue is that when you don't rent ski equipment from the hotel store, which charges double the price, you can't exit through the store to access the slopes directly. The store manager doesn't allow it. So, you have to walk around the hotel in your ski boots, which was quite unpleasant.
