点评：I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I booked a boat rental for a special birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the weather was terrible that day. Several guests were traveling from out of town and couldn’t make it due to weather-related delays. I reached out to the rental company as soon as it became clear we wouldn’t be able to go out, and I was told we could reschedule.
After speaking with my group, we decided not to reschedule since this was a one-time trip planned around that specific weekend. I informed the company that I would prefer a refund, only to be told that they would not issue one—rescheduling was the only option. Despite the fact that the service was never rendered, they refused to work with me or offer any reasonable solution.
To make matters worse, I was told I had signed paperwork agreeing to this no-refund policy, which is completely false. I never signed anything—digitally or physically. Claiming otherwise is not only dishonest but borders on fraudulent.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and left a sour taste after what was supposed to be a joyful celebration. I do not recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional or customer-focused experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
