A Good Trip Overall, With a Few Areas for Improvement
Tropical Lanka Travels的点评
点评：We had a lovely 6-day trip to Sri Lanka with Tropical Lanka Travels. The pricing was reasonable, the vehicle was comfortable and well-maintained, and our driver, Luvin, was always punctual. We appreciated his time management and the smooth transportation throughout the journey.
There are just a few things we feel could have made the experience even better. At times, we felt that some of the places recommended to us were on the expensive side and possibly commission-based. We would have appreciated more recommendations based on the traveller’s interests and budget.
We also noticed a slight change in the driver’s approach when we chose not to visit certain places.
On a couple of occasions in Sigiriya and Colombo, he preferred to return home, and we had to call him whenever we needed assistance. On our fifth day in Colombo, when I mentioned that I would message him when we were ready, his response made us feel a little uncomfortable. We understand that some attractions were within walking distance, but a little more flexibility and customer-friendly communication would have been appreciated.
Overall, we are thankful for the arrangements, punctuality and the comfortable vehicle. We would be happy to recommend Tropical Lanka Travels to friends, with the hope that the feedback shared above will help make the experience even better for future travelers.
