Major failures in Pulischellu's communication and zero customer support from Manawa

点评：We were unexpectedly locked inside our house. We called the Pulischellu Canyon contact immediately to explain the urgent and unusual situation. Communication was difficult due to poor English on the provider's side, but they confirmed by phone that due to the unusual and unexpected situation, we would receive a refund. As we followed up by e-mail to confirm our agreement, they retracted their statement and denied the promised refund. Manawa, acting as the intermediary, chose to stick with the provider's side despite weeks of emails and our clear explanation. Please note that Manawa functions primarily as a polished booking platform for their affiliated canyoning partners. But when it comes to customer service and customer trust, the reliability and integrity as an intermediary is highly questionable and disappointing. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using Manawa. It’s may be better to book Pulischellu canyoning directly through your hotel or apartment, avoiding unnecessary intermediaries and ensure clearer communication.
