It's gone downhill---disappointing and will not go again!

点评：We used to love Storyland but, after our most recent experience, we will not go again. We have gone to Storyland once a year for many years. Each year, the place gets worse and worse. You now need to pay for shows that used to be included in the ticket. You have to pay for parking, which is included at Santa's Village. Cinderella is no longer part of the picture at the end of the day. She literally runs off after the show at the end if the day because they want you to pay for a photo with Cinderella. Each year, they take away something. The rides were few, old, and run-down. Also, morale among the staff seems low. A staff member at Guest Services during a weekday afternoon and her manager were rude and unfriendly when we asked a question. However, Mother Goose was super nice and welcoming--we found her to be the exception.

Storyland is not the same wonderful place it used to be. Now it's about money and squeezing every last buck out of their guests. Save your money and go to Santa's Village instead---more to do, better and more rides, prices have remained the same, staff are friendly, and just better vibes overall!
