LuggAgent的点评
点评：We used the service while traveling in Japan in May 2025. I booked the service in advance (Kyoto to Tokyo, hotel to hotel, same day service). After I talked to the staff from the front desk at the hotel I stayed in Kyoto, they seemed not to understand what I was asking (I asked them if they had a form for luggage service. If not, could I leavee my luggage with them and Luggagent would pick that up?) The luggage delivery service used by the hotel I stayed was Yamato and the hotel only had their form. I didn’t feel comfortable to leave my luggage to them as they didn’t seem to understand my need. Then I what’s app with Luggagent, they were very responsive and understood my concern and situation. The representative contacted the driver and scheduled us to meet the driver in person prior to the time we needed to catch the train to Tokyo. The driver came 10 minutes before the time was scheduled! I felt so confident with their service. The driver (Mr. Oda Tetsuo) was in very good and professional manner even though he didn’t speak much English but we still could communicate with the body language. After the luggage was picked up and I what’s app with Luggagent in the middle of the day for the status, again they were very responsive and told me approximately when the luggage would be delivered to the hotel and it was done by what they said.
Luggagent provides excellent service, good communication, responsive and responsible. The price is a bit high but it’s worth it as you feel much less stressful! And we could enjoy the first day in Tokyo without carrying all the luggage!
