From Chocolate Story to a VIP Masterclass

点评：We booked the Your Chocolate Story experience in the afternoon, led by Chris, which was a really interesting way to learn more about the history of chocolate and, of course, taste quite a few chocolates along the way. We even got to make our own chocolate lollipop, which we took home with us.
Later that evening, we came back for the VIP Chocolate Masterclass we had booked. This turned out to be a proper VIP experience, as nobody else had booked the same time slot, so it was just my husband and me. It was brilliant having the whole experience to ourselves.
Leah was fantastic. She demonstrated everything first, showing us exactly what to do, and then we had a go ourselves. It was a really fun evening and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We left with a LOT of chocolate that we'd made ourselves!
I also have to mention Rebecca Clegg, who impressed me from the very first email. She replied incredibly quickly to all my questions and was always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. That first impression really set the tone for the whole experience.
The only thing I would suggest is making the final products slightly smaller. The huge name plaque, although very impressive, was quite difficult to get home safely in the two boxes we had to carry them in.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish and definitely something we'd recommend to other chocolate lovers!
