点评：We visited Area 51 Underwood on 10th of May at around 4:33pm.
My 4 kids were very excited and overwhelmed, and they went straight to the trampoline area.
When I went inside the trampoline area to look after them, I noticed one of the staff members looked very serious, and I heard her saying something to my kids. I then asked her what she said, and she explained that she was reminding them to jump one at a time.
I understand that there are rules for safety, and I appreciate that. However, I feel the staff could have spoken to the kids more politely and with more patience. I also explained to her that it was our first time visiting, and my kids were simply excited and overwhelmed.
On the positive side, we also had a good experience with other staff members. The receptionist was very nice, smiling, and very accommodating. The staff at the coffee shop area were also very friendly and provided great customer service.
