点评：We had an amazing experience at Elephant Junction, Thekkady. There are 4 elephants, and the entire experience was very well organized.
We booked the ₹2,000 per person package. It started with an elephant ride. I initially expected the ride to be a bit longer, and while it wasn’t very extensive, it was still enjoyable and a great experience.
After the ride, they shared interesting insights about elephants – their history, timber/log moving, feeding habits, and overall lifestyle. It was informative and engaging.
The absolute highlight, however, was the elephant bathing session. The elephant lies down in a pool, and you get to bathe and play with them. Later, when they stand up, you can sit on their back and they spray water on you with their trunk – such a fun and unforgettable experience! We absolutely loved it.
It’s clear that they take good care of the elephants. The facilities are clean, with proper washrooms, towels provided, etc. Just make sure to carry a set of dry clothes with you.
This was truly the highlight of our trip to Thekkady. Highly recommended!
