7 Day Trek + 4 Day Safari Experience

点评：My friends and I signed up and did the 7 day Lemosho route up Kilimanjaro along with the 4 day safari afterwards.
For the hike, I don’t think I would have been successful without the fantastic team around me. I had very bad symptoms of altitude sickness starting the second day and wasn’t sure if I would have been able to complete the trek. Luckily, the guides helped with carrying my day pack between camps and reassured me that I would be ok. The summit day was also rough for me as well but once again the summit porters and the guides Sele and Julius really helped me get to the summit. It was a really rewarding experience despite the troubles, but it really showed me the capabilities of my body.
The safari following was a great experience. We got to see really cool animals in the wild that we would never be able to see back home. Our guide, Amadeus, was very knowledgeable on all the animals we saw and helped us get great pictures. Our chef, George, also provided us with great meals during the 4 days as well.
Overall, great trip with memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks to Mar Tours and Safari for coordinating a great experience!
