点评:Highly unprofessional and clueless on how to provide friendly customer service. I’m in shock how our friends were treated recently and the profanity spewing from the owners mouth. It’s just gross and unacceptable. Look at other negative reviews of this establishment and the unprofessional, childish replies from management. Highly do NOT recommend. He even told my friend, while verbally attacking them for a very innocent misunderstand (her husband is legally deaf and the owner/manager MOCKED him), that he feels sorry for their kids having them as their parents. I’m still in disbelief of how they were treated. He actually told my friend to “shut the F up”. I’m sure they won’t care that we will never give them any business but they should be ashamed of themselves. Coming from someone in customer service - gross, just gross. You owe people an apology. Disgusting. Go visit other wine bars because there are plenty that will provide much better service than this joker.
