点评：I had a very disappointing and misleading experience with Sushant from Mann Travels.
Initially, my booking was being handled by another staff member who reserved a return flight for me with a 5-hour layover. She informed me that she would call around 6:30 PM to process the payment, but I never received that call. After waiting for some time, I decided to call back myself to complete the payment.
At that point, Sushant handled my call. He repeatedly placed me on long holds, forcing me to eventually hang up. He later called me back and informed me that the flight I had been holding had changed from a 5-hour layover to a 10-hour layover. He also claimed that the flight has rescheduled their time with 10 hours layover and also for other dates and no better options were available.
As a returning customer, I trusted his advice and went ahead with the booking. However, just 15 minutes later, I checked other websites and travel agents, and found that the exact same flight with the original 5-hour layover was still available, with plenty of seats at the same price.
I immediately contacted Mann Travels again to express my concerns. I spoke with Dinesh, but instead of resolving the issue, he offered excuses and told me I would need to pay nearly $1400 to change back to the original flight I had initially requested.
This experience felt extremely unfair and deceptive. I was given incorrect information, which led me to make a decision I otherwise would not have made, and then I was asked to pay a significant amount to fix a mistake that was not mine.
As a result, I have completely lost trust in Mann Travels. I will not be booking with them again and would not recommend their services to others.
