All I can give is my own experience. Yvonne on reception always tries to help people, and Paul the manager has always been willing to listen and take action where necessary. Mostly the swimming area is very clean, but i must admit there are times when the shower cubicles need a clean. However I've also witnessed fellow swimmers leaving their mess in the cubicles and blocking the drains, even though there are bins 2 yards away. Unless you have an assistant just standing in there 100% of the time, then it comes down to people clearing their own mess.
Yes, there are young people as assistants, but we all need to be trained and developed. Tell Paul or Yvonne what problem you are having with personnel and they will sort it out.
I do notice when lane swimming (at lane Swimming times) that there tends to be some older teenagers who mess about in the lanes - perhaps all the poolside assistants need to be shown how to approach these people tactfully and point out these periods are for lane swimmers only?
But my own experience is very good and provides what I need as a member.
