Incredible sights and surprises behind every corner!
WONDER TOURS, LA PAZ的点评
点评：We took the trip organized by Empexsa operator, lead by Jovana. We were a group of 20 people, met at the Chilean border with 5 cars. Even though the trip to Uyuni in a day was a bit of extreme (it was cut short on our Bulgarian side), we saw some spectacular views! We even got to taste the "inca toilets" while being carefully observed by a herd of guanacos from 50m apart.
All of the drivers were very nice and despite the language barrier they tried their best to show and "explain" what we were seeing from the windows. Jovana was infectiously enthusiastic about her country and the sights she was about to unveil to us. Everything was planned perfectly - we didn't have to wait in queues, the time of day was perfect for everything, and of course the perfectionism she put when she was directing us to make the staged photo was quite moving.
She and her team organized lunch meals which escalated from unexpectedly delicious (considering the place we stopped at) into a true experience in the salty desert.
The only thing I would recommend to be improved is not to use the additional back seat for the longer rides. I am less than 160cm and even for me 10 hours ride on this seat was really unpleasant and painful. I'd prefer paying a bit more for a sixth car so that all of us can withstand the ride.
Nevertheless, I cannot thank Jovana enough for the positive vibes she brought to the whole Bolivian experience.
