点评：We bought a 3 day pass. Very nice trans, nature and overall experience, but most of the staff is not very friendly. The lady in the shop were quite annoyed and complained that we asked to buy things she needed to find in a cupboard (T-shirts, USB-stick and a sign). She made it very clear that we should buy tickets only when there are people waiting in line. The last thing I expected when buying for more than 150 Euro was to be scolded by the cashier... I would have walked out without buying anything if I had not promised my kids to bring back souvernirs. As steam engine enthusiasts, our group was also a bit dissappointed that the driver and fireman told us they had no knowledge outside operating the locomotive. On the other hand we had an amazing experience on the guided tour around the old steam engine workshop on friday. The man guiding us, Manfred, was very friendly and happy to answer questions and talk about technical and mechanical stuff. He was super! We will come back again thanks to him. The conductor onboard the train were also polite.
