点评：We arrived 7/30/2025.
The front gate was closed when we arrived and nobody to help people in line.
Once we got in about 20 minutes later we went to our Cabana cottage 397. The bathroom toilet was clogged and I had to fix it.
We let that go… we had another cabana 398 as we were traveling with our children and grandchildren.
I don’t know what they use on the floor to clean but it looks terrible.
We when to golf the following day at 10:00 AM and we were told that they didn’t have and clubs or balls because the tiki bar had them all and the don’t open until 11:00. But yet they say you can go golfing when the general store opens at 8:00 AM.
Another empty promise.
The website says they have cable TV. “WRONG”. They do not have cable tv. They have internet tv only. You have to set up the tv to cast from your phone or sign in to an app you have already paid for. Samsung tv is the service that they provide which is not a cable service.
The microwave oven light didn’t work and I reported it on day one but still haven’t heard anything. We left 3 days ago.
For a so called luxury RV resort it’s a let down. There is a lot of people speeding through the facility including the people in golf carts and on EV bikes. Smoking and vaping was also in my personal area.
The website says no tents yet someone put up a cover over their picnic table.
This place was fun for the grandkids as long as we took ownership of the camps failures and convinced them we could do something else.
Bring extra garbage bags because you only get 1. Bed isn’t a high quality mattress at all. Super 8 is better. No baking sheet or spatula in kitchen. One rental unit didn’t have any toilet paper and the other didn’t have a hair dryer like they said they did. Not the total positive experience I was looking
for at $350.00 per night.
I would not recommend and will not return.
