Hugely disappointing will not be booking again

点评：I booked this on wowcher but even woth the discount it was £130 for an overnight spa stsy for 2.
It was a huge disappointment not at all what I had in mind.
Positives: most staff were lovely especially leisure centre staff but im afraid that's where it ends
Room dated, external doors need replacing. Beds were so uncomfortable that we left as soon as we saw daylight despite having a late check out.
Bar- There are not enough seats in the bar I ended up eating on a bar stool in a corner with no lighting also the my friend having arrived late went to the bar looking for a drink and something eat. Was told the bar was closed but then the guy sold him a drink and then proceeded to make himself a toastie and eat it in front on a hungry guest.
Spa : my biggest bug bear. The sauna fits 4 people at best and that's only really if you're couples and dont mind bodies touching. Streamroom fits 6 - 8 if you are willing to squash in. Then there's the bizarre payment for pool use even though its in the same area as steam and sauna- I mean whoes gonna know if you don't pay?? I genuinely don't think the facilities are adequate to be sold as a spa break.

水疗中心：我最无法忍受的地方。桑拿房最多只能容纳4个人，而且前提还是你们是情侣且不介意身体互相接触。如果愿意挤一挤的话，Streamroom能容纳6到8人。不过，虽然游泳池和蒸汽房/桑拿房位于同一区域，却还要单独收费——说真的，如果不付费，又有谁会知道呢？我真心觉得这里的设施根本配不上“水疗度假村”这个名号。
真可惜，我原本抱有很大期望，结果却大失所望。我不会再预订这里了。
