Great facilites, poor culture
Aquashow Waterpark - Indoor的点评
点评：e went on a day where the outdoor pools were very cold so it was ideal to have them heated), there’s a good variety of pool areas for different ages (the adventure island was a hit with both our 5 year old and our 18 month old) and the slides are really good fun. We went at 10.15am and it wasn’t very busy at all. The showers and changing rooms are very good, although it’s an unhelpful setup to have the lockers in a totally separate room from the changing rooms, it would be much easier if the lockers were in the changing rooms.
The one big problem with the day was the culture of the staff. I didn’t see a single person smile all day, everyone looked very unhappy and any time I heard them speak it was normally to chastise a child for not following a rule. Honestly I felt sorry for them, must be a terrible place to work. It could be a really excellent attraction if the staff and customers were treated better.
Check in was also a bit painful, it wasn’t a long queue when I was there but still took a while to serve us, and you have to queue once for your ticket to the park and then do a separate queue for lockers (no idea why you can’t just do the together).
