点评:Who is the MisManager of this place? I sent my daughter there to purchase specific 330 gram base layers for her trip to Alaska tomorrow and the employees are unfamiliar terms like with Sitka Gear and merino wool!!! OMG! Zero customer assistance, zero experience and training too apparently. Whoever the "suit" is at the top of this store's management...he or she must have shoes with Velcro laces...what do you do all day? Monitoring and training your employees certainly isn't one of them. Nor is answering the telephone, which is always busy. Hey pinhead...add a line to deal with consumer demand! Hire people who have a clue! The Mgr. must be a graduate from the Developmentally Handicapped School of Business. Corporate needs to send a staffer in for a thorough undercover review of this cluster-you-know-what. Not what one expects from Bass Pro. I'm just shaking my head. This place sets the customer care bar so low...you need a backhoe to find it.
