点评：There is a disturbing culture within this company. Guides cross lines with guests, pursuing them socially and sexually in ways that are highly unprofessional. In my case, a guide I jumped with later pursued me outside of the activity, and what happened was then spread around internally. Having my private life used against me by the owner was disgusting and deeply violating.
After the tandem base jump, the owner posted a video of me on social media. When I saw it was attracting a flood of abusive comments, I repeatedly asked him to remove it. Instead, he tried to offer me free merchandise and another jump to keep the video up, then disabled comments instead of deleting it. Only after significant pressure did he finally remove it from Instagram, but I later discovered he had left the video on YouTube, where it continued to attract abuse.
When I called again to ask for its removal, he was dismissive, raised his voice, and even used personal information about me in an attempt to shame me. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, manipulative, and incredibly distressing for a customer who only asked for basic respect.
