Not reliable – cancelled our tour at the last minute

点评：Warning: do not book with this company unless you want to deal with last-minute changes, cancellations, and unprofessional behaviour.
I booked a 6‑hour Desert Safari with BBQ dinner, Belly Dance, and Tanoura Dance for 3 adults via Trip.com. Pickup was confirmed for July 26 at 3:45 PM.
A few days before the tour, the operator contacted me and said they cannot confirm my booking and will only let me know the status one day before the scheduled date. They then offered a different tour — 4 hours, without dinner, without any shows — for almost the same price (735 AED) and told me to cancel my GYG booking myself to get a refund.
When I asked for a fair price for the reduced program, they ignored my offer and kept repeating that it would be a "private car" — which I never asked for. They refused to take responsibility for cancelling the tour themselves, even though they admitted they couldn't provide the original program.
I did not cancel. This was their responsibility, not mine.
In the end, I had to waste hours of my time negotiating with them while they tried to shift all responsibility onto me. This is not how a professional tour operator should behave.
Bottom line: unreliable, unprofessional, and they do not honour their confirmed bookings. Book with someone else.
