Ghibli Park的点评
点评：First off, it's a lovely place and a nice getaway from the ever busy city life.
I don't regret going, but I'll never visit again and I would ONLY recommend this place for the absolute hardcore fans - I'm a big fan, but clearly not enough.
The place is large, it'll eat up your time, we'd planned 4 hours but ended up spending 8 hours there because of 1. the sheer size and 2. the abysmal long lines.
What people need to know is, this is a park - not an amusement park, no a very down to earth, plain recreational park - the Ghibli "attractions" are build around the park, not the other way around. This results in the park feeling scattered, and you're quickly taken out of the Ghibli ambience as soon as you leave a building.
I'd also reckon if I went alone, I would easily have "cleared" the place in 4 hours. Also, if you plan to go then GET THE PREMIUM PASS - it simply is NOT worth it without the premium experience, otherwise you'll not be granted access to 50% of the park's main attractions.
My biggest mistake was setting my expectations too high (even though, I felt they were "fair") - I somewhat enjoyed my time there, but those 8 hours + transport could easily have been spent better, doing something else.
