点评:I booked and prepaid Onjou CC services with many months in advance for a Sandwich Harbour tour for my clients on the 6th October 2025. On the 4th Oct. he confirmed by WhatsApp that all was in order, he wont be available to do it but someone else will be there for us at Walvis Bay Harbour. On the 6th no one from Onjou CC tours showed off and when I called his contact number, the lady who reply knew nothing about our booking. Later an other girl called me, the guide that was suppose to take us and said her car in the mechanic. He later call me and tells me that he had a car accident over a week ago and still recovering, couldn't help me.
What the hell!!! He could have told me that after he had the accident so I could make a plan B or two days before when we communicated on WhatsApp.
Over two months later I am still waiting for my refund, he is not communicating even do I asked him very nicely to please pay me back as soon as possible. I have never heard from him again.
This is unacceptable from a profesional, I will never book his services again.

作为一名专业人士,这样的行为令人无法接受,我以后绝不会再预订他的服务。
真是太令人失望了!!!!
