点评:We arranged for a transfer from Lisbon airport to our hotel and then the return journey back to the airport from the cruise terminal 10 days later. Neither transfer was made. There was no driver at the airport despite their claims and at the port we did have contact with a driver. He wrote he was 30 minutes away when he should have arrived. He claimed traffic. 30 minutes later he no longer communicated anything with us. Later we made a complaint with the company and found the driver had deleted all of his WhatsApp communication which suggests guilt in my mind. The company has reached out to us once. We submitted lots of evidence but not contacted us or refunded our money.
Despite Connecto's seemingly good communication when booking, DO NOT TRUST this company to have a driver show up or help you if they don't.
