点评:A bad experience on Saturday 29 August 2026. Management allows large groups of people to attend without booking, which creates a wait at entry as every person's name and all their contact details are collected. Although we booked weeks in advance, there was no express queue for entry for groups with a booking. Further, the excessive number of people overall in the hot springs meant that almost all of the pools were full and there were queues to enter the pools. Most of the pools are very small (think hot tub) , and can only accommodate 6 or so people and queues result. We were able to enter only 3 pools because of the queues, despite waiting.
There is a sign at the barrels that states that people are only to stay in the barrels for 10 minutes (given the usual queues, which is called 'demand'). However, there is no timer and no staff to enforce this time limit, so people sit the barrels just as long as they like.
There were no staff at any pool or in the grounds that we saw, apart from at the entry.
No limit is placed on overall customer numbers by the hot springs people at all.
This approach appears to maximise profits without considering the bad experience that customers will have because of the large numbers of people and the smallness of the small number of pools.
