Quex Barn Farm Shop的点评
点评：We had to pick up our masterpieces from Modern Mosaics in the craft village, we then decided to have a game of mini golf, we parked by the barn and walked across the road, when we finished at about 12.30 we popped into the barn as I needed some bread, picked up a lovey malted loaf and saw the restaurant, so thought we.d stop for some lunch.
What a great idea, they were very busy, with people coming in the whole time, we were given the rather large menu to peruse, and decided on a chicken salad for me without the parmesan shavings, and the burger for hubby.
We did have to wait for quite a long time, but in truth it was nice seeing the people come and go, and the huge plates of food being delivered to near by tables. When our food arrived they were huge, hubby's burger has 2 patties apart from chips salad and coleslaw, my chicken salad wad also very large, both were tasty. Hubby ordered 3 scoops of ice cream for dessert, one of them being honeycomb, I have not eaten ice cream for near on 9 years now, he insisted I try it, OMG I actually ate all his honeycomb ice cream it was so creamy and super tasty, have no idea what it did to my sugar levels!!!!
We want to go back to Modern Mosaics again when next in Kent so will make sure we have a meal in The Barn

我们确实等了挺长时间，不过看着来来往往的客人，还有大盘子食物被送到周围的餐桌上，也挺有趣的。食物上桌后我们发现分量非常足：丈夫的汉堡里有两块肉饼，还有薯条、沙拉和卷心菜沙拉；我的鸡肉沙拉分量也很多。两种食物都很好吃。丈夫还点了三球冰淇淋作为甜点，其中一球是蜂巢口味。我已经将近9年没吃过冰淇淋了，他坚持要我尝一尝。天哪，我居然把他的蜂蜜脆饼冰淇淋全吃光了！那冰淇淋真是浓郁顺滑又超级美味，完全不知道这会对我的血糖水平产生什么影响！！
下次去肯特郡时，我们还想再去Modern Mosaics餐厅，所以一定会在The Barn餐厅用一顿饭。
