Excellent staff made for a great time!
Grupo Auto Progreso的点评
点评：Great service! The shuttle bus picked us up at the cruise terminal and too us to their base. We were booked for a tour of the Uxmal Mayan Ruins, and it didn't disappoint! Vincent was our guide, with Ramiro as the driver. Vincent was very friendly and personable. He had some entertaining stories on the way. Ramiro didn't speak English, so he didn't say much.
The ruins were very interesting, and Vincent made it much more enjoyable. He had information and illustrations to explain things to us in such a way that it was very engaging. We walked a lot as well as climbed the structures, so it was a tired group who boarded the transport back.
Vincent and Ramiro went the extra mile and took us right back to the port so we didn't have to change vehicles and grab a shuttle bus back from their base. SOOO appreciated! I will likely never get back to the area as I don't travel much, but if I do, I'd definitely engage Auto Progreso again!
