Archaeological Museum of Chania的点评
点评：This museum was completed in 2022. It uses state of the art technology. There is a free audio guide you can download load and use your own hearing aids, or hearing buds. The guide does a great job of chronologically explaining the 3 chambers. Amazed at the quality of the sttifacts and how they are displayed.
If you are blind, let them know either in advance or when you buy tickets at the door. Blind persons may be able to touch and feel things not available to general public
We bought our tickets at the door- 15 Euros each
On the top floor there is a small cafe. Excellent teas and sweets the sfakiana pita was excellent. Ricotta cheese between 2 thin layers of dough. Drizzled. With honey. The view from the patio of the cafe is beautiful.
Surprised how lovely this museum experience was. It is not overwhelming and exceptionally well done.
