Lovely for kids.....could be better for the animals

点评：I really love coming here now that I'm a mum. The baby soft play is great....on busy days it would be really helpful to have staff stop older children from coming in as it can be quite a safety issue with them jumping into the ball pitt...however week days are lovely and quiet.
The food is good and there are specific vegetarian/vegan options which is rare for these types of places
The train is so lovely.
The animals seem well taken care of however, the inside enclosures are much too small esp for the large group of sheep. I've been three times and the pigs have been in a small indoor enclosure every time. A lot of the animals have no option to get away from being viewed which has been known to cause stress. Additionally, all captive animals should be given enrichment which is barely seen. This can have a big impact on their health and overall quality of life esp the younger animals.
The bird enclosure is great and has lots of enrichment levels and areas.
