点评：新庄駅に隣接する複合施設です。イベントホールや会議室のレンタルスペースが中心ですが、施設内には物産館やレストランもあり、またイベントがない時でも施設の中央のホールは休憩スペースとしても活用でき、市民のコミュニケーションの場や新幹線の待合スペースとしても活用されています。
但し、各スペースの稼働率は高くはなく、規模が大きめのイベントでも無い限り、休日でも閑散としていることが多く、逆に静かにひと時を過ごすには丁度いいかもしれません。新庄市や山形の最上地方の情報発信の場としてのインパクトはそれ程強くありません。新庄駅からの帰りに立ち寄り、何かイベントがあれば、あるいは買いたい土産物があれば立ち寄る程度の施設だと思います。

The facility is mainly an event hall and conference room rental space, but there is also a product store and restaurant within the facility, and even when there are no events, the hall in the center of the facility can be used as a rest area, a place for communication among citizens, and a waiting area for the bullet train.
However, the occupancy rate of each space is not high, and unless there is a large-scale event, they are often deserted even on holidays, which is good for a quiet moment. The impact as a place to disseminate information about Shinjo City and Yamagata's Mogami region is not that strong. It's just a place to stop by on the way back from Shinjo Station, if there is an event or if you want to buy some souvenirs.
