点评：Terrible experience at the Wycombe Swan will never ever go there again.
10 of us had a confirmed booking of matinee stalls seats, specifically as we had some older and less mobile with us, but when we got there, we were told our booking was for the evening when it was absolutely not. We were then sent to the worst seats in the theatre at the back of the upper circle. A number of ladies who had mobility issues had to wait ages for the tiny lift then negotiate stairs and missed some of the beginning. When we went back after the performance to complain see if we could have our stalls tickets which they had moved to the evening we were told they'd all been sold! On complaining numerouse times to the box office and the theatre manager they have done absoluteyly nothing about it and offered no compensation at all.
We will all never go to the Wycombe Swan ever again and will warn as many people as possible about our dreadful experience.
