Great family experience (especially when it's hot!)

点评：We did the 'Body rafting' experience, and absolutely loved it. In the scorching 40-degree-plus weather it was lovely to get into some cool water. The water was surprisingly chilly - our youngest child (10 years) wore a wetsuit (provided) and was still a little cold, but the rest of us were fine.
If you book the body rafting you can get a lift in a 4x4 truck up the mountain to the river - which I'd definitely do as it's a long hot hike otherwise.
Once in the river, you go by yourselves; there's no 'leader' or anything to take you, but it's pretty obvious where you're going.
I think it took us approx an hour to walk/swim along the river to the little waterfall at the end. And then you have some time to have a break and swim or hike if you want to before the transfer bus picks you up (if that's what you arranged).
Really great fun, we all loved it and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Only thing to note is that the cafe at the top is quite pricey (for Turkey) it was about £20 for 4 juices!) but you're a captive audience and to be fair they do have to bring supplies in a 4x4 on a narrow track, so bound to cost more.
We booked via their website, and booked a transfer too. When you book you can't select a date - which confused us slightly as we wanted to go the following day, so we panicked that we wouldn't be able to sort in time. But they quickly message you via WhatsApp to confirm all details. (The bus itself was an experience - a bus with open sides and pumping music - but all added to the fun experience!)

我们是通过他们的网站进行预订的，同时也预订了接送服务。不过预订时无法选择日期——这让我们有些困惑，因为我们打算第二天就去，于是还担心会不会赶不上行程呢。不过，他们会很快通过WhatsApp给你发消息来确认所有细节。（乘坐那辆巴士本身就是一种体验——那是一辆侧面敞开的巴士，还播放着动感的音乐——这一切都让这次旅程更加有趣！）
