Continued excellence, despite a couple disappointing changes
TUI BLUE Sensatori Barut Sorgun Spa的点评
点评：This is our fourth visit to Sensatori Akra Sorgun and third as a family. The hotel continues to be outstanding in many, many regards. Foremost are the staff, from the cleaners and gardeners to the bar staff and restaurant waiters. They are so polite and seemingly can’t ever do enough to meet the needs of the guests. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned, the cocktails are wonderful and the food continues to be very good, not least the à la carte restaurants with both the Italian (Olive) and Ocean proving exceptional. Mehmet at the Italian is an absolute gentleman who does everything to make your experience special. The hotel continues to be run very well with Suat continuing to lead the entertainment with real enthusiasm and warmth for all guests, young and old alike. Whilst the children’s provision has improved this year with beautifully refurbished kids rooms, led by an engaging team of staff. The two members of the animation staff who lead the Tuibots and evening shows are especially impressive - full of enthusiasm, spontaneity and endeavour.
We do, however miss the show cast team which are no longer part of the entertainment programme this year. These were a real highlight for our young kids and whilst I’m glad the local Turkish dance groups might benefit the local economy, they certainly don’t offer the same pedigree of performance as the exceptional showcase teams from the last couple of years - one of the foremost reasons we are repeated visitors to this hotel. There are also one or two omissions this year, such as no smoked salmon for breakfast and the additional charge for pickleball and paddle seem unreasonable within a truly all-inclusive offering. Despite this, it would have felt unfair to downgrade the hotel review to 4* for everything the hotel continues to offer. The staff continue to shine, even when the sun fails too (as is the case as I write this review!)
