点评：We booked our holiday to Nashville/Memphis/Nea Orleans and Elvis Presley Beach Retreat for what should have been a holiday of a lifetime. After paying our final balance the Elvis Presley Beach Retreat hotel was changed to a different hotel that had awful reviews. I emailed Newmarket Holidays immediately but was reassured that the hotel was comparable. This hotel was the last four days of our holiday and was sold as a relaxing end to our holiday. In reality this hotel was no more than a truck stop. The relaxing holiday was right next to a four lane freeway with a flyover within feet of the swimming pool with constant teaffic traffic and beeping horns. The swimming pool was closed and was filthy, the furniture stained, threadbare carpets, no hotwater, food hygeine safety cerificate 3 years out of date and a lift safety certificate one year out of date. This holiday was over £7000 for 13 nights with 4 nights at this awful hotel yet Newmarket Holidays gind it acceptable to offer £225 pp in compensation. I would never book with them again and find the customer experience department offering the minimum of help. Theres lots of other companies offering this holiday and my advice would be to book with someone else!!
