点评：HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL & CHAOTIC – COMPLETE FAILURE BY EVOKE AT KUTCH UTSAV
This has been one of the most infuriating and disgraceful travel experiences my family and I have ever faced.
We are in Kutch for Kutch Utsav organised by Evoke. We were explicitly called and CONFIRMED to be present at 9:30 AM. We even reconfirmed a day prior to avoid exactly this kind of mess.
Despite doing everything right, it is now 11:30 AM and there is STILL no vehicle to pick us up.
What makes this even worse is the attitude of your staff. Instead of taking responsibility, your employee keeps arguing with us, as if this disaster is somehow our fault.
We are traveling with an elderly woman aged above 75 years, who is now feeling dizzy and unwell after being forced to stand and wait for hours.
No urgency. No concern. No humanity.
Every other group has already been sent.
Our luggage has been taken away.
We are left stranded with no clarity, no timeline, and no accountability.
And then comes the most shocking excuse of all —
We are being told that our group is “not big enough”, so you refuse to send a stationed bus and expect us to keep waiting indefinitely.
So apparently, basic respect and service depend on group size?
The person in charge here is openly arguing with us, showing complete disrespect, arrogance, and zero professionalism. This is not miscommunication — this is sheer incompetence.
Is this what Gujarat Tourism wants visitors to experience?
Is this the hospitality Kutch is proud of?
Is this how senior citizens are treated?
We trusted your confirmations, rearranged our plans, and reached on time — only to be ignored, disrespected, and mentally harassed.
Absolutely unacceptable. Pathetic management. Zero accountability.
Think twice before trusting Evoke with your travel or your family’s safety.

这就是库奇引以为傲的待客之道吗？
这就是对待老年人的方式吗？
我们相信了你们的确认信息，重新安排了行程，准时到达——结果却被忽视、不尊重，还遭受了精神折磨。
完全不可接受。管理糟糕透顶。零责任感。
请三思而后行，不要轻易将您的旅行或家人的安全托付给 Evoke。
