Very Poor customer service, even worse management skills...

点评:Not happy with how they treated us.
We arrived to find out our reserved and paid for seats in middle of room in royal upper circle had been moved down stairs to circle, then to find out they had already moved somebody else there, so they move us again to seats that we couldn't even see the performance, may as well have played music at home... go complain to box office now very angry as none of the staff knew what to do and told us its all they had got.. amazing how making a bit of noise gets you seats where you can see that aren't even sold... they then asked a very young girl to come to us to apologise, not fair on that young girl at all, poor management, very poor by Royal and Derngate indeed. THey need to really look hard at their customer service.
