Outstanding experience at Eleusinia

点评：After reading How To Change Your Mind, I knew that I wanted to have similar experiences in order to improve my mental health and get out of stuck thought patterns. I searched for a retreat center that provides all the necessary support, medically and emotionally.- When I came across Eleusinia, I knew that I had found the right organization.
The center is in a stunning and serene area in the countryside three hours from Mexico City. The grounds are magnificent, the rooms are very comfortable, the food gorgeous, healthy, and innovative. As for the team, they were all the kindest and most professional people you can find.
Upon arrival, much time was spent preparing for the following days and sessions, including an intake with the doctor and psychologist.
The macro session was outstanding. I spent hours seeing fractal patterns with both eyes open and closed. It was a beautiful and blissful experience with many moments of joy and humor. I was unsure what it all meant. However, since the experience, I have felt very calm and lighter. A completely unexpected benefit is that the accute pain from a serious back injury has almost completely disappeared. This is not something I ever expected and it feels miraculous. My chiropractor confirmed that he had never seen my back being so good.
This was an all-around top-notch five-star experience and I highly recommend it.
