Left waiting with no communication and handled poorly by the manager

点评：I had a really disappointing experience here, mainly due to poor organisation and extremely unprofessional customer service from the manager.
My appointment was booked for 17:30. I arrived early at 17:20 and rang the doorbell twice, but no one answered. I messaged the business account to say I couldn’t get in, and at 17:30 (my appointment time) the manager called to say they would get someone to let me in.
When I finally got inside, there was still no one there. I waited until 17:50 before I saw anyone, only to be told my appointment had been pushed back to 17:40 without any phone call, how am I meant to know?
By this point I had been standing outside in the rain and then waiting inside for around 30 minutes. I said I didn’t feel comfortable having the massage anymore as I was stressed and upset, which I think is completely reasonable.
Instead of apologising, the manager told me over the phone it had “only been 10 minutes,” refused to reschedule (despite already having my money via a birthday gift voucher), and said I was “not being a good customer” and was “ruining it for other customers.”
I ended up going ahead with the massage purely because I didn’t want to lose the money, but the whole experience felt awkward and uncomfortable from start to finish which completely defeats the purpose of booking a relaxing treatment.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor organisation, and dismissive attitude made this a really negative experience. I would not return.
I would strongly suggest the rude manager improves their customer service and basic communication.

我强烈建议这位态度恶劣的经理改善他们的客户服务和基本的沟通。
