点评：we took tour with them recnly to NZ and Australia. be careful they are so unprofessional that if you complan they dont have courtesy to get bak to you. they have employees like Harsh who is so rude.
I'm writing to express my disappointment with Flamingo's handling of our recent trip from Queenstown to Melbourne. The check-in process was a disaster, with 80 people crammed into one plane, resulting in a three-hour wait just to check in. This was a huge mistake. Flamingo should have anticipated this issue, given their regular trips to NZ. I'm expecting Flamingo to take responsibility for the expenses I incurred due to the visa issues that arose from this fiasco. Although I acknowledge that the initial mistake was mine, the check-in chaos meant I didn't have time to obtain a visa at the airport. I eventually got my visa the same day, but by 6:00 pm, it was too late to make my flight to Melbourne. I could have easily made the flight to Melbourne same day if I didn’t have to be in line for 3 hours. I found out about visa only after standing in line for 3 hours when my turns came to check in.It was like a machi bazaar.I'm out of pocket by $1000.00 US dollars, and I expected Flamingo to cover some of the cost. i emailed them explaning evrything but never heard from them.
just to save money on chef they combine two buses total 80 people and it was a big jam evrywhere lunch dinner and getting luggage in bus. there waqs no rotation in bus so you have to run to get ggod seat. if you want smooth peaceful trip dont choose Flamingo
