We booked this company expecting a professional and safe experience, but unfortunately, our ride was anything but. Our limo driver arrived 45 minutes late, causing us to be late for our event. Throughout the trip, she repeatedly took wrong turns, and we had to verbally direct her where to go.
Even more concerning, her driving was unsafe — she pulled out in front of other vehicles multiple times, to the point that other drivers were laying on their horns. She also failed to take the proper highway ramp, instead turning directly in an intersection where it was not permitted. We felt genuinely endangered during the ride.
We reached out to the company afterward, hoping they would acknowledge the poor service and offer compensation, but they have completely ignored our concerns and refused to issue any refund or credit.
We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this service. Safety, timeliness, and professionalism should be the bare minimum for a limo company, and sadly, none of these were ever met.
