点评：Let me first say that I love Florida, and this stretch of water is absolutely breathtaking taking and we saw lots of amazing animals. This review is of the company kings landing. I had read the waiver beforehand and was confident we could handle this river with our family of 3 kids and 2 adults as we regularly go kayaking together in Ireland and do much more challenging rivers and open water/ loughs. When we arrived the staff at the desk weren't particularly friends and just offered to show us a very rudimentary map about the 4 hour kayak route. The toilets are portaloos. We were given no further information and we just handed our two canoes and off we went. As leaving the quay it smelled a little of sewage. We enjoyed our first 20 mins and saw many birds etc and then saw an alligator in the water which the kids enjoyed. Unfortunately then both our canoes became upturned into the river as we were transferring something across the canoes, we all fell in with all our belongings. As we had just seen an alligator in the water the kids freaked out and it took some time to right the canoe, retrieve the paddles and get the kids safely in again. We weren't given any information about what to do in an emergency, and it would have been a lot more dangerous if it had happened in a part that was deeper. It took some time to paddle back upstream with one very upset kid. Staff on return were completely uninterested and unfriendly. As I was waiting for our driver licence back I overheard a staff member telling other guests that the canoes upturn easily and more easily than kayaks. If we had known this week wouldn't have taken our 3 kids into a river with alligators. I would love to do this river again but next time I would use a different company, only go with adults and use the kayaks instead of canoes. I think the company have quite a disregard for safety and the information is poor
