点评：I booked the Dec 31st New Year’s Eve cruise (10:00 PM slot) expecting a high-end celebration, but it was a total disappointment. It was essentially the opposite of a luxury experience, despite charging a premium luxury price.
• The "View": If you want to see the Burj fireworks from this cruise, you’d better bring a galaxy-strength telescope. We were stationed so far away that we could barely see the show. For a NYE countdown, this was a massive letdown.
• Food Safety & Quality: The Biryani served was actually spoiled and the kebabs were inedible. I personally raised this issue with a crew member during the trip, so the company’s claim in their response that there were "no complaints" is factually false.
• Waste Management: The boat was poorly managed. There was no proper system for used glasses and plates, so they just sat around everywhere. It felt messy and unorganized, not "luxury."
• The Drink "Premium" Lie: I paid for an unlimited premium package, but they ran out of Black Label almost immediately. I was forced to take basic options despite having paid extra for the top-tier service.
• Entertainment: A "luxury" NYE cruise with only one single sound box on the upper deck? The music was inadequate and didn't provide any atmosphere for the rest of the boat.
Response to Management: Your dismissive attitude and claims that "everyone was happy" are insulting. I spoke to the crew on the night and was ignored. This was a complete waste of money. Save your cash and book with a professional company that actually delivers what they promise.
