点评：We are an extended family with 2 adults , 3 seniors in their 80s and 3 young adults and we seek authentic non- touristy experiences . One of the senoirs 86yr needed a walking stick and has difficulty climbing stairs and I was a bit worried before the Jeep tour that he might have difficulty even getting up to the Jeep Thank God, Billy who is our ever friendly and considerate guide, provided step stools and with the drivers phycially assisted my dad, ensuring his safety and comfort. Billy also shared he can do a accessible elderly- friendly food tour( using buggies to move frok food stop to food stop) The Jeep is certainly the way to go in the countryside- with fresh air in your face and we had a most wonderful relaxing time. Billy spoke excellent English and was flexible and wonderful to work with.
The local families we visited were warm and genuinely delighted to see us and we learnt a lot about their culture and no- waste mindset( the glutinous rice used for rice wine was fed their cute pigs who produce bio- gas as fuel to distill their wine. ) . We ended at a Bahn Mi stop for lunch which he chose as his previous Singaporean tourist preferred over.
