Tipsy Tribe Brewery & Distillery的点评
点评：Tipsy Tribe is a brewery you HAVE to see if you're in Brussels/Belgium. One of the few in it's kind, TT brews their own beers, gin, and whiskey all in house and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the passion and experience of TT is like no other. I was treated to their beer flight and tried a lovely combination of 4 different beers from IPAs to Hoppy brews, each exquisite in their own way...and this is coming from a girl who was learning the difference as I was trying them. My favorite was the Horang-i which is a Hoppy Korean Lager. It's also the beer sold and made for Seoul South Station, a lovely Korean restaurant in the city too!
Dan and Aylin were amazing! From my endless questions about beer to sharing their brewery story, I was left in awe of their hard work and felt more like a friend than a customer. What I loved the most is that they are boots on the ground with everything they do and from the other interactions they had with other passerbys, you see the dedication and love they have for the brewery and that's something that can't be replicated anywhere else!
As I said in the beginning, Tipsy Tribe should definitely be on your must-see list in Brussels. You won't be disappointed and I look forward to going back the next time I am there :)
