点评：I had a long layover in Ethiopia and spent much at the plaza premium Lounge. From the moment I arrived, I was so impressed by the warmth, This was my first real touchdown with ET and the level of care I received left such a beautiful impression.
I especially want to thank Frehiwot Getahun and Nardos the entire team. Frehiwot interacted with was kind, efficient, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful. If she could not help me directly, they immediately directed me to someone who could. The whole team was very on top of things, checking in, making sure guests were comfortable, and creating a calm, welcoming environment.
I have been to many airport lounges around the world, and this one stood out because the service felt genuinely warm and human. I felt very well taken care of, and I’m grateful to Frehiwot Getahun and Nardos for making a long layover feel comfortable and special.
